The Latest Updates for Our Valued Friends & Patrons
We are closely monitoring news of the COVID-19 outbreak and adhering to CDC recommendations. During this unprecedented time, NHG will remain open for guests to experience and enjoy the beauty of our many spring plants and flowers in our open-air nursery space.
Due to concerns about larger groups meeting in enclosed spaces, we have canceled all events, workshops and seminars in March (and likely longer) in an effort to respond to the need for social distancing. Our staff will also be sensitive to the social distancing guidelines while helping our guests.
The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority. Following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local and national health organizations, we have taken the following precautionary measures to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests and staff:
- Increased both the frequency and the degree of our store cleaning, including regularly sanitizing common surfaces like the checkout areas, computer terminals, restrooms, door handles, and phones.
- Placed bottles of hand sanitizer throughout the store.
- Provided hand sanitizer for our entire staff including both retail and landscape teams, and our staff will continuously be updated on the health guidelines.
- Directed staff to stay home if they are not feeling well.
To request something be pulled and held for you as a pre-paid pickup, please email us at feedback@nhg.com and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that due to the high volume of requests, there may be a 2-3 business day wait to have orders pulled and held for pre-paid pickup.
To check on current availability before visiting the store, please call 214-363-5316. Products cannot be pulled and held over the phone at this time.
Our west register will be open so that pickup is easier, and we can work with you to arrange minimal contact pickups with pre-payment over the phone.
