If you need a plant with lovely blooms, striking foliage and evergreen appeal year-round, consider shade-loving Lenten Roses (Helleborus sp.). These perennials make great ‘solution plants’ for challenging shady areas and they are beautiful in pots as well.
Shade-loving Camellias are budding & blooming now! Enjoy the emergence of bountiful blossoms on these evergreen shrubs.
Lupine
Lupine is a cool-season tender perennial that will bring joy for months to come! Stunning spikes of large flowers bloom winter through spring, with some pops of color in summer (as they are more winter-hardy than heat-tolerant). They may be enjoyed as fillers in pots for height and texture.
Delphinium
Larkspur (Delphinium) are stunning beauties that give a bit of color in early winter, then really show off in mid-spring. Treated in North Texas as a cool-season annual, they may last 2 years in your garden. Incredible for your landscape or as a cut flower indoors. Provide morning sun and afternoon shade. Their impressive display can reach up to 4 feet tall.
Creeping Phlox

Creeping Phlox is a perennial evergreen that’s winter-blooming! With this beauty, you can have something blooming in every season. Prefers part to full sun.
Candytuft (Iberis sempervirens) is a perennial evergreen that slowly spreads to form mounds of dark green leaves. Winter through spring, an abundance of white flowers emerge and nearly cover the foliage.
Onion Slips Have Arrived!
Our next shipment of onion slips arrives in first week in January (and will also include leeks). Onions are an easy-to-grow, versatile crop that packs a huge punch of flavor! There are 50-75 slips per bunch.
