Judy teaches herbal studies at the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University as well as at the Harris Hospital Breast Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She has traveled and researched indigenous cultures for 20 years to study their food, herbs and medicine. Griffin has written several books on nutrition, herbs, organic

Orchid Show
The Greater North Texas Orchid Society (GNTOS) is presenting its Premier Annual Orchid Show & Sale. For the first time, North Haven Garden will be the host for a unique and fabulous event. Eight vendors from all corners of the country will sell exotic plants for all orchid enthusiasts.
The show will be judged by a team of American Orchid Society accredited Judges. More than 300 orchid plants in bloom will be displayed at the show featuring exotic orchids belonging to many of the GNTOS member's private collections.
