'Foxtail' is a semi prostrate grower that can reach 3 feet tall. It has very dense foliage and the stems look like a little foxtail. Rosemary is used with lamb, veal, chicken, fish and vegetables. The flavor blends well in tomato soups and stews. Or use it in foccacia bread. Rosemary has long been associated with remembrance.
