This oregano goes by two names it is called 'Hilltop or Libbie's. It is a mild flavored variety of oregano recommended by Madalene Hill and Gwen Barclay, herb experts from Round Top, Texas. It is a very hardy evergreen sub-shrub. This oregano can be used with eggplant, cooked greens, potatoes, tomatoes, eggs, rice, beef, chicken, fish, pizza, lamb, or mushrooms.
