This is the most cold hardy of all the prostrate or trailing rosemarys. It is hardy to zone 7. One advantage of the prostrate rosemarys is that they bloom more than the upright varieties. And also their trailing growth habit. Rosemary has many culinary uses. It may be used with cooked greens, cauliflower, potatoes, tomatoes, squash, fruits, eggs, rice, onions, chicken, sweet potatoes, beets, lamb, and in red wine vinegar.
