Best known of all garnishes. Frost-hardy biennial or short-lived perennial. Arching stems form mound of finely-cut, dark green leaves that reach 6-10" high & 16" wide. Italian Parsley is stronger in flavor than regular Parsley. Innumerable uses, chopped or whole; can also be dried and stored in sealed jars. How To Harvest: Shear plants 2" to 3" above the soil, or pull stems off at the base. | |
