Beautiful little gray green plant closely related to oregano. Descending branches take root & form loose, airy clump. Small rounded leaves have distinctly sweet aroma when crushed. Inconspicuous white flowers develop from clusters of beadlike buds. Use fresh leaves in salads. The flavor combines well in soups, sauces, fish, meats, and tomato slices.
