Easy to grow & very productive over long season. Hardy perennials produce fine, green leaves that form dense mounding clumps 6" wide or more. In late spring or summer, clusters of white flowers appear atop stiff 12" stems. Use Garlic Chives as edgings. Use like regular chives but when you want a garlic flavor. Use in salads, soups, eggs and cheeses dishes. Seeds sprout easily so cut off spent flowers if you do not want more plants. | |
