This is the first fusarium-resistant variety of Sweet Basil. This hybrid has shown very good resistance to fusarium in laboratory tests conducted by Dr. Robert Wick, the leading U.S. authority on fusarium in basil. 'Nufar' is a Genovese-type basil. Basil combines well with garlic, tomatoes, eggplant, and Italian dishes. It also flavors vinegar, pesto sauce, and oil. | |
